History: JLS CHINA (wholly owned subsidiaries of Jaykal USA) was founded in 2008, to supply innovative LED lighting products to municipal and federal entities in developing North American, Asian and Middle Eastern nations.
R & D: We have an in house research and development staff that designs and creates the best value product and the best price for the market. We have lighting, structural and electrical engineers on staff to accomplish this.
Manufacturing: We have in house capabilities to for the following manufacturing processes at our 12,000 sqm facility in Huizhou, China
· LED Chip mounting & PCB Component mounting for drivers.
· Stamping & Bending of Sheet metal
· Product surface Coating/Painting
· Final assembly of fixtures
Quality Control: We have dedicated staff for PMC, IQC and QA that helps with having quality check points at different stages including material procurement, intermediate manufacturing steps and final assembly.
