History: JLS CHINA (wholly owned subsidiaries of Jaykal USA) was founded in 2008, to supply innovative LED lighting products to municipal and federal entities in developing North American, Asian and Middle Eastern nations.

R & D: We have an in house research and development staff that designs and creates the best value product and the best price for the market. We have lighting, structural and electrical engineers on staff to accomplish this.

Manufacturing: We have in house capabilities to for the following manufacturing processes at our 12,000 sqm facility in Huizhou, China

·         Stamping & Bending of Sheet metal

·         Product surface Coating/Painting

·         Final assembly of fixtures

Quality Control: We have dedicated staff for PMC, IQC and QA that helps with having quality check points at different stages including material procurement, intermediate manufacturing steps and final assembly.

1.What are LEDs and how do they work?

LEDs or Light Emitting Diodes are a form of semi-conductor. They do not have the gas filled chambers or lighting filaments associated with conventional lamp types. JLS LEDs present many advantages over conventional light sources including lower energy consumption, longer lifetime, improved robustness, smaller size, faster switching and greater durability and reliability.

The price of our LED lights products can be negotiated if you have big quantity order or some projects in hand.

5.Are JLS LEDs really environmentally friendly?
A single kilowatt-hour of electricity will generate 1.34 pounds (610 gm) of CO2 emissions. Assuming the average light bulb is on for 10 hours a day, a single 50-watt halogen lamp will generate 250 pounds (114 kg) of CO2 every year. The 8 watt JLS Eagle will only be responsible for 40 pounds (18 kg) of CO2 over the same time span. A building's carbon footprint from lighting alone can be reduced by a staggering 68% by exchanging all conventional style lamps for JLS.
